Mr Hope

Mr Hope has a first-class honours degree from the University of Leeds, an MPhil in Greek and Latin Literature and Language from the University of Oxford, and a master’s degree from the University of Toronto, Canada. He teaches Latin, Greek, Classical Civilisation and Ancient History.

Mr Hope contributes to A level examinations for the OCR exam board, including two Classical Greek papers and one Classical Civilisation paper. He is also an Assistant Examiner for GCSE Greek Prose Literature papers and the Literature and Culture paper.

Mr Hope worked for Bloomsbury, authoring textbooks for the new GCSE and A level specifications (2016–2017) in GCSE Classical Civilisation and Ancient History, and A level Ancient History and Classical Greek.
