Open Events

Alongside our regular Open Days, we offer in-person and virtual tours, taster days and School visits throughout the year. If you have a child aged 3–18 and are exploring the right School, we would be delighted to welcome you to Durham Cathedral Schools Foundation and show you what makes our community so distinctive.

Whether your child is joining Chorister School (ages 3–11) or Durham School (ages 11–18), our specialist teaching staff are committed to providing a nurturing environment in which children feel supported, challenged and inspired to flourish.

With academic excellence, exceptional pastoral care and a co-curricular programme unrivalled in the North East, Durham Cathedral Schools Foundation offers an education defined by both opportunity and character.

We warmly invite you to come and experience it for yourself.
