Summer and Easter Holidays provide an opportunity for residential groups to stay in the historic surroundings of Durham School. With over 35 acres of grounds in the heart of the city, the School is an impressive place to host a residential course.

In recent years we have hosted:

  • Folkworks Youth Music
  • Visiting Choirs at Durham Cathedral
  • British Youth Musical Theatre
  • International House, Newcastle
  • Tribal Goddess

Unlike many local venues, the Foundation meets National Boarding Standards making it an ideal base for running courses suitable for young people and families.

We have up to 100 bed spaces across our three residential boarding houses. We also have a range of additional classrooms, sports facilities and leisure facilities that you can use throughout your stay.

For availability and rates please get in touch by emailing events@dcsf.org.uk.
