A Memorable Farewell for Our Chorister Leavers

On a beautiful summer evening, our Year 6 Chorister leavers were celebrated in style with a formal dinner that perfectly captured the spirit of their time at school. The evening began at 6.30pm with photographs in front of the iconic purple door and drinks and mocktails served on the cobbles, setting the tone for a night full of, reflection and gratitude.

A three-course meal followed, where speeches from the Head, Head Pupils and Deputy Head reflected on treasured memories, personal growth, and heartfelt thank yous to staff and families. It was a touching tribute to their journey and the friendships formed along the way.

Parents were warmly welcomed to join a special leavers’ assembly, which featured a moving photo montage, awards presentation, and a musical send-off. Pupils performed a rendition of The Jungle Book and were played out by the senior rock band with classic hits including Summer of ’69 and songs by Oasis.

We are incredibly proud of our leavers and wish them every success in the next chapter of their adventures.
