Pre-School and Pre-Prep Weekly Blog

Another busy week of fun learning in the Pre-Prep!  Our Assembly theme this week was ‘I wonder How…’ with an emphasis on appreciating how amazing bulbs are and how we all have something special inside of us.  Year 2 learned about two Saints this week.  The children were able to retell the life of Saint Cuthbert with some fantastic writing and they enjoyed making shamrock people after they read and answered questions about Saint Patrick.  Reception have been busy running a bakery, making pink beetroot soup and planting seeds to grow into vegetables!  Pre-School have had fun in the yoga studio role play area this week.  They have been exploring and trying out different poses.

All of the children enjoyed supporting Comic Relief’s Red Nose day by wearing something red.  Thank you very much to everyone who has kindly donated to our Just Giving Page.
