Tonight marks the Creighton Society’s last lecture of the school year

Durham School are delighted that Alec Ryrie FBA, Professor of the History of Christianity at Durham University and Professor of Divinity at Gresham College, will be speaking to our A level historians about the English Reformation.

Head of School, Johnny Anstee, founded the society and is going on to read History at Cambridge University.

Johnny said:

Over the past year, the Creighton Society has welcomed a series of internationally renowned speakers from across the globe. None of this would have been possible without the help of Mr Wright and Mr Lehain. On behalf of all the members of the society, I would like to extend my thanks for their continued support.
