Mark your calendars! On the 8th and 9th of March, Durham School pupils will be performing "Return to the Forbidden Planet" at the renowned Gala Theatre in Durham. Tickets are on sale now and all are invited to embark on this intergalactic adventure.
The toe-tapping musical, filled with 50s and 60s rock and roll classics, is loosely based on Shakespeare's "The Tempest" and promises an unforgettable experience for all ages. Featuring an exceptionally talented cast, this production boasts two members of the National Youth Theatre in lead roles, (Zac H and Adam S) adding a dynamic and youthful energy to the stage. Playing the female lead, Miranda, is a National Operatic and Dramatic Association (NODA) award winner (Emily K).
